Description
The Operations Support Analyst will be part of the Grimbergen Operations team working dayshift. At the early stage of the SPM conversion, the analyst will take the lead in defining, documenting and developing the different SPM warehouse related processes in close collaboration with the Grimbergen operations team and the Regional Solutions Team. Each of the Analysts will be assigned to specific aspects of Warehouse Processes as Inbound, Outbound, Internal processing and/or IPC. This will enable the analysts to define and create the Business Process Design Documents (BPDD’s) and Functional Requirement Documents (FRD’s). At a later stage, the analysts will define the training requirements and create the required Training Documents and Standard Work documents. They will assist in developing the training plan and assist in rolling this out in the Grimbergen facility.Major responsibilities
- Owner of defining and documenting the different Process Flows
- Actively involved in the definition and set-up of SPM EWM related processes
- Responsible to define the specific Business Requirements in close collaboration with the Operations and regional Solutions team
- Assist in developing the Business Process Design Documents (BPDD)
- Participate in the creation of Functional Requirement Documents (FRD)
- Engaged in the preparation and execution of training on SPM processes
You will closely collaborate with the different divisions as Operations, Materials Management, Transportation, Finance, Customs and the regional Solutions team.Qualifications
- Excellent communication, teamwork, initiative and organizational skills
- Work independently, target driven and eager in learning new processes
- Functional or technical experience with SPM-EWM/CRM is a plus
- Very good knowledge of Dutch & English
